Im 36 weeks and about an hour ago me and my fiance had sex. After i got really severe lower back pain. If i stand up i have to be hunched over or i cant walk. I can barely move it hurts so bad. Ive never had back pain like this. Is this bad? What should i do?

I know this happens to me if I'm on my back majority of the time. So maybe if you were on your back for a Lil while this might be the problem.

When I felt like that after sex it meant I was going into labor, with all four of my kids. Sex surly can do the trick. Are you having any cramping along with the back pain? U should really go get checked

I feel like my hips are being pulled away from each other. But its just constant pain. I thought when you go into labor the pain comes and goes?

You dont have to lose your mucus plug or have your water break to be in labor.
