It's great if you're feeling emotional or stressed. I was feeling down then when we did it, it felt like a huge weight off my shoulders. I wasn't stressed about every little thing. Its good to release those happy hormones!! :)

I waited. And personally it sucked. We took it very slow but it almost felt like I was having sex for the first time all over again. After the first few times though everything was back to normal. I wasn't in pain the whole time but it wasn't exactly enjoyable either. Just be prepared for either of and know it will get better even if it ***** lol

My partner and I were having sex 2 weeks after my c-section in august last year. Just have to take it slow to see what your body can handle. 6 weeks is just a guideline and gives you a little break for a while. You don't necessarily have to follow it. Just do what you feel is right for you. :)
