swelling?
Okay so I am 14 weeks and I work at a fast-food restraint like 4 hours a day....my feet are swelling not a lot but they definitely are...is it too early for my feet too be swelling??
I work fast food and work any where between 7 and 12 hour shifts. Ask them to put a chair in the back for you or take a 5 minute break. Im 15 weeks and luckily no swelling so far. Just worked a 12 hour yesterday. But my grandma keeps telling me I need breaks every few hours to put my feet up so they dont swell.

No, it can occur at any stage in pregnancy. Limit salt intake, elevate your feet when you can. If you have sudden swelling, gain three or more lbs in a short amount of time call your doc. Definitely update them anyway.
