Is the saying true .... The women make the boys and men makes the girls?
It was the exact opposite with me.
To be more specific, women produce X chromosomes only. The males have X or Y, which determines the sex of the baby. Males are XY, females are XX.
Dont think that's true at all I think and my opinion is that it's a roll of dice or as Forrest Gump says "life is like a box of chocolates you never know what you're gonna get!" :-)

Oic. Well that I've never heard of; I don't see how it could be scientifically valid though. Personally, if I remember correctly, doesn't seem to be the case in any of my pregnancies.
What she means is when a woman gets on top it helps make the boy sperm get to the egg before a girl sperm and when a male is on top the girl sperm effective.
Gender is always determined by the sperm ( the father).
