Thank you guys. Very helpful
Be careful bending over. 7.5 is far along and I'm sure your belly isnt tiny. I know mine wasn't. I would bend over and have sharp pelvic pain and my doctor told me not to bend over. That I needed to squat. Squaring is also supposed to help for when you go into labor. Something g about making it easier to push. But be carful with how your moving don't want to hurt yourself or the angel!
Take it easy and don't overdo it. It's most likely the weight of your uterus and stomach pushing down on your rectum and pubic bone. One day around 7 months I was going crazy packing up the house cuz I was so beyond ready to move out of that nasty place that I worked my butt off and the next day it felt like my pubic bone was splitting apart every time I got up and walked. Your hips and pelvis naturally widen in preparation for birth, and too much uneven pressure like walking, standing and shifting your weight from foot to foot can cause the pain. It's normal so just take it easy and relax the next few days and it should let up - did for me anyway
