Yes! It's very common! Blurry vision is a sign of *Pre-eclampsia!  My 1st pregnancy I had Pre-eclampsia.  This pregnancy...so far no sign of Pre-eclampsia (yayaya) but allergies are so severe....it clogged both ears.  =(

During pregnancy your body retains extra fluid and this causes the cornea to get about 3% thicker. This will last about 6 weeks after your baby is born and starts at week 10.

Blurred vision is very common. I suggest you pick up a pregnancy book from your local Barnes and Nobel. I'm using the Mayo Clinic Guide to a Healthy Pregnancy. None of that stupid "what to expect when expecting" where they dumb things down for the reader.

Or it could be a sign of gestational diabetes! I hope for you it's not but for me it was :/

I was actually told yesterday by my doctor that my blurry vision was a sign to high blood pressure. Have your OB check it out to be sure.
