Haven't been to the doctor yet I'm 7 weeks pregnant and I've been coughing and really congested anyone know what I should take for the mean time????help please
I would definitely make sure you don't have a sinus infection I did at ten weeks, an my doctor prescribed me the z pack it was safe to take and worked fast
Tylenol and Mucinex
Peppermint tea with a mentjol cough drop and pasteurized honey for sweetness... it even helped with my morning sickness a little bit.
You could try asking a pharmacist they should be able to help. When I had a cold they told me I couldn't take anything with a decongestant in it as it's bad for the baby. I just used Vick's vapour rub and it helped.
