sister jealousy

Okay so this is to me so immature... I am 19 years old and i am 20 weeks, me and my sister are 10 years apart and even tho we were close every since my bf and I told my family my sister never talks to me or calls me anymore almost like shes jealous. It makes me so upset and mad, she never asks me how me and the baby are doing never even asked if I had any ultrasounds. My whole family and his family are so supportive and our moms are too excited to be grandparents for the first time. My sister got married a year ago and maybe thays why she is being like this but does anyone else think im over reacting ? :(

Thanks g irlys im really going to try n just allow her to hopfully come around n whenever she is ready to open up to me I just want what we used to have and she told me she wanted to attention first from my mom but like I said I cant say sorry for being prego and householder19 has she ever came around n acknowledge your pregnancy ?

My sis is the same way. I'll be 19 this yr and she's about to turn 25. She was with the same guy for 7 yrs an they could never get pregnant.  It will be 3yrs that me and my husband have been together an I've already gotten pregnant twice (first time I miscarried)..  I think she's jealous because she thinks she can't have kids.. she even threw it in my face one time when we were arguing , she was calling me a **** and all kinds of things because I've already had a miscarriage at such a young age. Even though I've only slept with 2 guys and she has literally slept with over 20 guys, I know this because she made a list if all the guys she's slept with and I found it one day and there was about 27 guys on that list!!  She also never even told me congrats or that she's happy for me.

I had a miscarriage 7yrs ago and for a long time I avoided getting close to anyones kids or anyone that was preggo cuz it just hurt so much I still think of that baby almost every day so IF she has had miscarriages or been trying only to be met with disappointment every month jut give some space for now and when it gets closer to baby being here ask if shed be willing to talk to see what the problem is that doesn't meam dont be ecstatic about ur lil one but just dont force happiness on her quite yet good luck momma!

She is able to get pregnent as she has actually cheated on her husband when they were dating and got two abortions, she tells me theu never have sex and he still wants her to take birth control I just feel so upset n im trying to look at both sides , she thinks im to young but I dont think age matters my boyfriend has an amazing job that pays very well and im graduated from college and this baby will have lots of love forsure

I totally understand that she thought she would be the first but I cant like say sorry for being pregnent first :( even tho my baby wasnt planned we take full responsibility and love my child I just want my sister to be in my babys life and shes 30 and acting like this

Maybe she's having fertility issues. Maybe she's miscarried a couple of times, maybe she can't get pregnant. Maybe it breaks her heart to think of the baby she wishes she had and it hurts too much to talk about it or to hear about your pregnancy. Maybe she IS jealous, or maybe she thinks you're too young, or maybe she's heartbroken, or maybe any of a dozen other reasons. Give her time. Ask her if you can talk about it, tell her you're wondering why she isn't taking an interest in your pregnancy, tell her you miss having a close relationship with her and that you want to work on it - and mean it.

She prob thought she would be the first one to havea child with her being the older sis. My sister is 9yrs older than me and is with her fiance 3 yrs and they have been trying for a child.she smokes a huge amount everyday and is very over weight and doesnt have any will to give up these things to be fit and healthy and wonders why she cant get pregnant. So yes shes jealous.when i come to visit and talk about the baby she goes off into the other room. Very childish.shes 41!
