What do me if your whole body is hurting from your neck to your back to your stomach..?? In so much pain hurt to sit up or lay down
warm baths help me I'm going through the same problems I'm 7months now and the pains started at 6 months . Warm baths, heating pads, and I purchased a body pillow off Amazon for $60 the best investment lol it makes getting a good night sleep so much easier.
Warm showers help me. I also use heating and cooling pads on sore muscles. Increase your water intake and eat healthy foods. I also see a chiropractor on a weekly basis.
