It is perfectly safe to sleep on your stomach. It is always recommended to sleep on your left side bc it increases blood flow to the uterus, however if you're not very far along then go with what gives you the best night's sleep bc soon sleeping on your stomach won't be an option due to the baby bump, but even then it's still safe just not necessarily doable. You'll see what I mean soon. Lol

I slept on my stomach up til 6 months and didnt feel any type of pain or dicomfort sometimes that was the only way i could go to sleep and I had my daughter full term with no complications whatsoever but you should always ask your doctor

As long as your belly isn't poking out I don't see a problem with it, I miss sleeping on my belly, I'm 39 weeks and due Monday
