sleeping on tummy

I'm a belly sleeper it's the only way I can get to sleep and stay asleep and now my lower belly is starting to expand its very uncomfortable and making it hard to sleep. Any suggestions? I've tried my side and it makes my hips hurt even with a pillow between my legs.

I am the same way. I have a pregnancy pillow but I feel like I'm drowning in it since I'm on 4'11. I've been laying on my tummy but towards one side more to help me but my bones hurt.

I'm a belly sleeper too. As soon as I found out I was pregnant, I started sleeping on my side. I had trouble with my hips too. I suggest some hip stretches. Look up yoga poses for tight hips. Pregnancy pillows, even just a normal pillow under your areas of pain, lean again your partner, like back to back..

You need a pregnancy pillow, one that's specifically made for pregnant ladies. Try to make a habit of laying on your side and back. Even when you're just relaxing and not asleep, lay on your side or back. Do whatever it takes to make you comfortable
