Hi I'm 23 weeks and most day's are pretty good although I'm on strict bed rest as well and can't do much of anything. .lots of life time and TLC for me but I do have some really down day's also. I think it's all the hormones but I will say that the 2nd trimester seems alot better for me and that's something yall can look forward too! :) I'm on my 4th and every pregnancy has been different for me.. just hang in there! It gets better and it's so worth it in the end!
Hi, I'm really sorry to read that, I'm currently 25 weeks and it's getting better. But the begining was awful! Idon't know if it's because of hormones or just because we realize that we're going to have a baby FOR REAL (which scared me a lot even if I was waiting for this pregnancy so hard!) now that I assimilated the info I feel much better!
Just think that it's going to last a few weeks, the hormones will go back to normal soon :) So do whatever makes you happy! It's just a few months in a lifetime try to enjoy it as much as possible!

Hi hun x I feel your pain....I'm 13 weeks pregnant i feel very down feel like i wanna cry but don't know why been trying to keep myself busy all day raining outside which doesn't help as can't go out...Hope you feeling better soon

Aw don't worry. I agree with @baby_boy77 do some things that you enjoy and will make you feel better. A walk or drive etc. I felt horrible last week for 3 days running and I thought I'd never feel better but I do. The hormones makes us all over the place too. Sending you a hug :-)
Im 13w & yes I can physically do things to a certain extent. I had a threatened mc at 5w so havr been put on strict rest. I do cook that makes me real happy tho :) however im not allowed to go out of my house much & mayb thats irritating me too... However today im just soooo depressed. Guess 1 of those bad days...
Best things I do to get that feeling to go away is make myself feel pretty-do my nails, my hair, make up, get in comfy cute clothes... I put on a girly movie while doing so! And then when I am done i clean the house (or do something productive) so that I feel like a new person. Keep busy!! I am 38 weeks and still try to do what I can :)
Honestly, I've had PLENTY of those days!
