sleepless nights
I fall asleep at about 1030-11pm and I'm wide awake by 2am. Is anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions on how to get that full night sleep that I miss so much?
Same thing happens to me I hate it n nothing helps me go bak to sleep so. I just deal wit it n take a nap n da day or just fight my tiredness cuz then dat next nite I sleep like a baby
Yesterday I too experienced the same. Don't know what to do.
