*sleepytime tea*

Hey ladies I just wanted to know if you can drink sleepytime tea while pregnant I'm currently 13+3weeks please let me know I don't want to harm my little baby

Chamomile, raspberry leaf tea, and a handful of other herbal teas are said to be labor inducing. They stimulate the uterus. I would search the ingredients before drinking it just to be safe. I'm the meantime, warm milk should aid with sleeping.

Yes, tea won't harm baby unless you're consuming large doses of caffeine from it which that tea doesn't have. You're fine.

Anything warm will help you sleep. Im going threw being up all night an it works for me... So dont think it will hurt the baby... You will be ok. The baby will too
