I always put a pillow on top of his face and it works if not couch!! I feel you!!!
Try having him sleep on the side his tummy or with his arms up and you sleep facing away that's how I deal with it or a mouth gard
M gonna get earplugs my hubby agrees n is happy :)
I try to fall sleep before my husband does. That way I'm already asleep and it doesn't disturb me. I have noticed that my husband snores when he's on his back.
So when I'm ready to go to sleep I tell him to roll to his side and that way he doesn't snore. Also, there are nose strip for snoring, not sure if they actually work but I seen them on a commercial.
Ear plugs! Ive found that those are easier than jabbing my husband every 5 minutes to make him stop. Atleast one of us can get a good nights rest!
I do jab him almost everytime when he's loud but last night i thought he would kill me he was so mad from all the jabbing lol..he doesnt drink or smoke hope he gets it checked..
I have the same problem! I usually just plug in headphones to my phone and listen to music to drown out the snoring. It's the only thing that's helped
I jab him gently & ask him to turn on his side. He always feels bad if he keeps me awake. I've also moved to the sofa. I have a comfy sofa though.
Snoring is only bad here if daddy has a mixed drink. If your hubs snores nightly you could ask him to talk to his doc/have sleep study. It can be a health problem.
I make mine sleep in the guest room.
Make ur partner sleep on the couch.
