so hungry!

Okay I need some help! I'm 12 weeks pregnant and I don't feel satisfied with what I'm eating but chicken makes me Sick to my stomach and if I smell meat being cook it just makes me so sick feeling I've been eating healthy like fruits things like that but I still feel so hungry and nothing sounds good any suggestions?  Please and thank you

Try to eat cold foods. Since the smell is minimal then it's easier to eat. Sandwiches or subs. Can also have someone cook and cut chicken breast with some frozen mixed veggies with mayo added and eat that on tostadas. It's good and simple.

@poohbear yuh might just have a flu or bug because of the weather change if yuh don't miss a period then I don't think yull be pregnant til yuh do miss yur period take 2 test 4 days after yur missed period...

Try soup it helps me like chicken noddle soup or spaghetti with sauce and meat for dinner.. I usually throw up in the mornings and right before bed have crackers with water.. Hope this helps and yuh feel better

try subs crackers oatmeal fruits veggies fruit smoothies potato based food things to fill you up your babies is taking majority if your food and you'll be hungry right after eating

Try sandwiches With Avacado if u want fresh stuff
Pb&j something fast
I make my own "lunch able" ham cream chz w/cracker
Banana
Apples
Watermelon helps a lot too

My back had been hurting so has my tummy I had a fever on and off I have felt dizzy and had a headache I took a pregnancy test but it came up negative could still be pregnant
