I believe the Dr. will give you a prescription for the promethazine suppositories it will take care of both symptoms

Stay hydrated as much as you can and find anything with fiber. Check your prenatal to make sure and see if it's enough for you to do what you need to. Best of luck.

Drink lots of water, if you cant try gatorade, watermelon, i found chocolate milk helped me, for morning sickness try eating crackers, small meals, broth, jolly ranches, tea, fresh air some say ginger ive never tried it but i hope you feel better
