Could be anxiety, stress, hormones, blood pressure, potassium issues. Too many things to list. I would go to hospital

I've been having issues with my blood pressure. And I've had irregular heartbeat since January 5th. No chest pain.

Honestly, I would wait around for an answer on here, I would just go to the hospital if you are really worried. Anything to do with your heart and chest pains is bad, pregnant or not. Shortness of breathe and a faster heart are normal, but if the pain is as bad as you say, just be safe and get checked out.
