Just don't stress it so Much ladies deep breathes or walk away for the drama go out , relax enjoy your pregnancy
You need to be calm and not stress so much you can get stomach pains and its bad for your baby , its hard for us pregnant women to forget a lot of things but we have to try. We want are babies to come out healthy some stress so much that they sometimes lose their baby it can lead to miscarriage, I was in that position I was so stressful all the time I would be crying because my bd I found out a lot of things he did flirted cheated and stuff he would hit me a couple of times until one day I told myself enough is enough I can't be like this .think of your baby try meditation go for walks at the park or beach, read books , dance or listen to music keep your self distracted, me now its been 4 months I left him I don't feel stress nor anything I couldn't be happier
Yes, please anyone give some advice. I've been under a tremendous amount of stress lately and I'm worried that it's too much. I need help too!
