There is an exercise called wise mind that I think you should try. When you lay down for the night, take a piece of chocolate and just let it melt in your mouth. As it melts think of how it taste and what you are feeling. This helps to focus your mind on one thing and be mindful of what is currently going on rather than thinking of everything at once. Dreams are often interpreted by your thoughts and feeling. If you constantly worry about things your thoughts will manifest in your dreams. You can also do the wise mind exercise through out the day. You dont always have to use chocolate for this exercise. Use other things as well such as a pen. Run your figure around the pen slowly and think of how it feels and looks. Doing this has helped me to be more focused and mindful. I hope this helps you curve your dreams.
