someone please answer, bleeding

Hi i havent yet had a positive hpt but my gp said it was too soon, my period was a week late, n i had some sympthoms like nausea, backache, cramping, constipation and increased milky white discharge TMI sorry.
But on saturday i started to bleed started off light only when i wiped, but on sunday it was heavy, heavier then a period, but then yesterday it went very light again, n today i am just spotting brown, this isnt like my usual period its normally 5 days n very very heavy all the way through. I rang 111 and a dr called me back she said it could be implantation or break through bleed? But arrowe said a miscarriage? So im very confused i would be 5 weeks 3 days so how long do you bleed with a miscarriage? Or could it be breakthrough bleed any answers please thank you!!

It could be any of those things. That's why your doctor can't say for sure without testing.  With miscarriage you can bleed anywhere from 1 day to several weeks! And some women never bleed at ll. But some spotting can be normal during pregnancy so go to your dr. Asap to find out :) best of luck!

Very important to get hcg levels to determine whether or not it is a miscarriage.

Not sure. First pregnancy i bleed some in the third month and this one the last period was very light but no bleeding and I'm 31 weeks. Everyone and every pregnancy is different.
