sore hands and knuckles

I'm 32 weeks, I know this problem will get worse until after birth but.. I'm wondering if anyone has found a way to get relief from hand swelling and soreness in the knuckle joints. I'm constantly wringing my hands. If you've experienced it I don't need to complain about how much it *****. I'm sort of assuming this is like most other pregnancy symptoms that you "can't do anything about" and "it will resolve after birth". So frustrating to keep being told you can't do anything about anything.

I got some compression socks to try for me I my feet. My hands don't respond to anything. I wake up feeling like my fingers are going to split open and I just have to stimulate the circulation and wait for it to ware off

I bought sleeping braces to wear. They weren't cheap but they were worth it! I still have pain from time to time and you feel kind of ridiculous wearing them but the difference it has made is amazing

I have had to deal with it since about 36weeks, I am now 40/1 and haven't quite found anything specific that helps, just holding them under cold water. It feels friggen fabulous and it's relieving. Mine usually gets better as the day goes on, and always bother me when I wake up and about an hour or so after.

Just like your feet, try to keep them up when possible. Hope you find some sort of relief. It is definitely no fun and I know what you're going through!
