staying hydrated

I have had horrible morning sickness around week 6. I'm on nausea meds but even in them certain things don't agree with me. I find it hard to stay hydrated and not upset my tummy! thoughts?

Thank y'all! Do you measure how much water you're drinking?

I am 15weeks 2days, and I have morningsickness everyday, vomit a couple of times a day. I have lost a lot of weight, and still loosing.
Also meds.
Dr suggested ginger stuff, I tried it but I don't like ginger at all, so didn't help.
He said I should try to eat 10small meals a day, and drink 3liters of water daily.
I also drink a lot of lemon juice in water. And eat sour/salty stuff, it stays down longer.
Good luck.
