stomach bug

I was nauseous all day yesterday and threw up twice later on last night. I also have diarrhea and feel feverish.  I know you aren't really supposed to take anything while pregnant,  so if anyone else experienced this, how did you get through it? Could this cause harm to the baby? I'm around 8 weeks or so.

I am 31 weeks and my family of four just went a whole week of the stomach flu.  Puking ect.  Just try to keep drinking water or broth based soups or few crackers . Even if you can't keep it down its still better to puke up water then dry heeve. When dry heeving it causes you to strain your stomach and can cause really bad aches. only time id be worried is if puking goes on for more then 48/72 hrs or if you have a fever lasting more then 4 /5 hrs.  You are able to take 2 Tylenol at a time only twice a day.  Hope you feel better soon!

I had a vomitting bug a few weeks,if you have a fever too i would stronly recommend you go see your doctor, you can get dehydrated from a bug so lots and lots of fluids but a high temp is never good during pregnancy so please go see your doc,a temporary bug shouldnt cause any harm to your baby
