stomach pains

Hi all,  first time mom.  27 weeks this saturday.  I find ive been getting stomach pains last two days.  Not constantly,  but they are painful.  I'm assuming its growing pains?  Also any recommendations for extreme back pain?  Pregnancy has veen wonderful thus far, minus my aching/burning back.  Tia!

Thanks :)  i use a heating pad each night.  It does help when i lay down.  My 12 hour work day, manly sitting, doesn't help ease backache but maternity leave soon-ish  :) :)

Hey sweetie sorry the stretching is hurting you. But for the back pain you can try a heating pad on low a vibrating messager or a nice warm shower. I lived in the shower with my second son lol

Hi, im a first time mom too. 26 weeks and I've been experiencing the same, my doctor said its normal and nothing to worry about. Its just your uterus expanding that's all :) as long as the pains aren't EXTREMELY bad then you should be fine no worries.
