stomach pains.

So I've been having pains in my lower right stomach... like ovary area. It hurts to cough, sneeze, laugh, sit up, lay down... basically to use any stomach muscles. It started yesterday, I'm almost 17 wks. Is this something I should be concerned about or is it just the round ligament pains I was warned about? I am completely clueless... lol

This is all normal. My husband thinks I'm a hypochondriac. I like to think of it as a responsible, concerned mother. lol

No, I totally get it. That's why I always check posts. Worrying is normal. It doesn't end when the baby comes either. Lol

Because this is my first time, I find comfort in simply knowing other mothers have experienced the same thing. I freak out about every little thing I'm not used to,lol. So i find it nice to just be reassured, i don't wanna run to the doc everytime I have an itch. Ya know?

A test for a appendicitis is to stand on your tip toes and then drop down on your heels. If the pain is excruciating you should go see your doctor. More than likely it's nothing. Abdominal pain (all 4 quadrants) are really hard to diagnose without seeing the doctor. It could be your uterus stretching or gas/constipation. I've had the same pain and it was nothing. If you're worried you should always see a doctor. Forums are a horrible place to get medical advice. I think they make people worry more.

I'm 31 weeks and I barely started getting those pains. Its more of a discomfort for me tho. So I'm not sure what it is.
