Peanuts and peanut butter crackers helped my nausea and vomiting. I've found out that the trick to morning sickness is to have what works for you on the night stand so that you can eat them immediately when you awake. You have to eat something before you even get sick, and just maybe you'll only get nauseated and won't vomit. Good luck!

Try peppermints or lemon drops.. it could help but to he honest there's not a whole lot you can do. Make sure you keep crackers cheezits whatever you like by your bed and eat some before you even get out of bed. Also it helped me tremendously to take my prenatel pills at night right before bedtime. They made me soo ill until i started taking them at night. It Will pass. As much as it ***** to feel so sick your baby is taking all your nutrients so they will be nice n healthy.
