stress

How much does stress really affect an unborn child?
I have just been stressed to the maximum , crying every day , can't eat at all , or barely sleep . have no desire to live :(
Is this a phase or depression.

Go to your doctor. Stress can cause miscarriage and other complications. If you have lost the will to live that sounds like depression, but it might be your hormones causing it. Explain your concerns to your doctor and ask if there's anything you can do that's safe while you're pregnant. Sometimes I feel sad and cry without a reason, and I know it's my hormones causing it. I usually bounce back in an hour or so, but if you're having lasting problems, I really think you should talk to your doc.
