I would recommend pregnancy yoga is calm & after it you feel so relaxed I never did yoga until I read it helps your pregnancy so I just watched youtube pregnancy yoga videos & believe me after it you will feel relaxed:)
Gum lollipops candy staying away from people who smoke and the smell every time you think of it distract yourself and do something different keep active and remember who you quit for and why if you feel stressed stop remove yourself and breath and think before you decide if it's worth your stress or leave it behind good luck mommy and congratulations
