When I come home from work my feet ache but are not a swollen, it is important to elevate your feet, this brings blood back to the rest of your body from being on them for hours. Also helps with preventing varicose veins. I lay on my back and put my legs against the wall, I try for a 90¤ angle, you can literally feel the blood going back to the rest of your body. Very relieving :) hope this helps!
Swelling could happen at any time and every pregnancy isnt the same, no matter how many you've had. Swelling is always all of a sudden unless you've been on your feet for an entire day. Try staying off of them for a while and look up some home remedies to help out.
My feet just started swelling. I am 38+5 weeks. I work 12 hour shift, standing almost the whole time. So, I was surprised it just started happening. I also live in Florida and it is almost 90 degrees everyday. I did with my first pregnancy as well. It actually started much earlier, but I was due in the summer. It can happen quite quickly in pregnancy.
O yeah
. 34 weeks & blood pressure has been completely normal
