super stressed about gaining to much weight.

My last 2 pregnancies I started at 135 and ended up at 160, this is my 3rd pregnancy and I started at 153. I'm super stressed I don't want to gain too much weight and diet is almost not an answer....
I wonder is there's any weight loss pills I can take that are safe while pregnant.

Lisa I'm pretty much the same as you. I started at 135 ibs and I have gained excessive weight. I'm 5'9" so it doesn't look too bad but I'm big. For my first born I was even smaller in the begging , I was 116 ibs and gained way too much. With breastfeeding and just walking stretching I got my weight down really quick. I was suprisngly worried about it the first time. Now I have eliminated sugar from my diet and I don't eat large portions but np matter what that weight is packing on. It's because I know my babies are in the 99th  percentile of weight and that's just how women in my family are. Could be true for you, either way don't stress about it because it will make it worse. I'm not gonna lie sometimes I cry about how fat I feel. But my husband likes my pregnant body so It definitely  makes me feel a little better. Lol still it ***** gaining weight, no doubting that. Stay away from weight loss pills byw.

I know your fears of weight gain and I've been there too. My first I started at 130 and got to a grand 196! I was devistated to see myself blow up like the marshmallow-man. But after a full year of breastfeeding and some mild workouts and diet changes I got down to 135. And got pregnant again.  I'm 27 weeks and the scale is tipping at 162ish and I'm beginning to freak. Then I realized,  perhaps my body isn't like everyone else's...perhaps its in my genes to gain so rapidly??? Just like the rule to not compare your babies, you shouldn't compare your pregnancy... even from your previous pregnancies. Just do the beat you can at finding time to exercise and eating better. Find a prenatal yoga class or go on walks at the park while the kids play. Dont resort to fast food, pack quick fresh'n healthy snacks. And drink lots and lots of water. Your weight will come off after baby is born as long as you put your mind to it. But don't try to take the easy way out with a diet pill. They aren't natural and the results never last because people who typically use the never make any lifestyle changes to keep their new weight.  Good luck and just grin and bare it for now. You'll have time to fight the weight after baby is born.
