Does anyone take fish oil (like omega 3 6 9) in addition to your prenatals?
I am taking prenatal dha without fish oil.
My prenatals came with a fish oil supplement for the dha. I haven't been taking it though because I burp a lot and when I do I taste fish then I get sick which also takes like fish so it makes me even more sick so I stopped taking it for a little while
