Ouch! It's normal though. Just try getting some movements on your ankles. Of you sit or lay for constant period of times. Mine swell here and there and I soak my feet is some Epson salts!
Drinking lots of water consistently also helped me (along with propping feet up). At first I was still swollen for a bit, but once I was consistent, they went down.
I work a housekeeping job. I haven't been to a doctor yet but to a hospital and I recently found out that I am 9 weeks pregnant and that I have hypermesis gravidarum. Every one around me keeps telling me to get over it and every pregnant woman has been there. But it's hard to sleep and work when I keep dry heaving. What should I do? I'm sick I'm not trying to act helpless
I work on my feet all day my ankles and feet have been swollen for months . Prop them up and drink lots of water and lower your sodium intake. But I would tell your ob so he or she can keep an eye on it swelling can be a sign of preeclampsia
