I'm 23 weeks pregnant with my 3 rd child. My bellys been tighting up last about 5 minutes each time

Call your doctor, lay down and drink 2 large glasses of water.
Try to be seen by ur doctor. Contractions r normal every now and then because the uterus has a memory from our previous pregnancies. contracting More offten like u said is not normal. Better safe than sorry.
