Scared.

This is not so much a question but an issue, I'm only in my 1st trimester but I've gained so much weight already, before I go pregnant I was an avid gym rat and I swore that I would keep it that way when I did get pregnant, but it's almost 3 mths and I haven't step foot in the gym :( all I want to do is sleep, I'm so tired all the time what can I do how can I not gain a lot more :(

Walking will help you sleep better and get you prepared to work out again come second trimester. Since you haven't worked out in 3 months, don't immediately jump to anything straining at all. Try swimming, too. If I weren't paranoid about having another m/c, I'd be running in the pool right now.

Your energy level should get better in the second trimester.  Maybe try to walk for a little exercise, that isn't too strenuous. Good luck
