This is not so much a question but an issue, I'm only in my 1st trimester but I've gained so much weight already, before I go pregnant I was an avid gym rat and I swore that I would keep it that way when I did get pregnant, but it's almost 3 mths and I haven't step foot in the gym :( all I want to do is sleep, I'm so tired all the time what can I do how can I not gain a lot more :(
