throwing up blood and my doctor doesn't care

Sunday I ate at my grandmother's and as soon as I came home I had diarrea. I was going every few minuets and in agony. I took some imodium and it stooped everything. The next day rhe same thing. And the next. It just wouldn't stop. We'll yesterday I was having awful stomach pains and I started throwing up blood. I called my doctor and he said I just had a stomach bug and I was fine. I started feeling worse and called again and he got an attitude and told me to come in for fluids then go home. Today I am still throwing up blood and it really scares me along with stomach pain.

My acid reflux makes me feel nauseous.  I rarely get heart burn.  I would go to the hospital.

It could be a perforated ulcer. I had them before but I couldn't throw up because I couldn't eat without my stomach burning. I was pooping digested blood though. Seriously, go to the ER. usually the late night is the best because they aren't very busy and take better care of you. If you throw up or poop blood that's internal bleeding. Usually they give you stomach coaters and Zofran to help with any nausea. Good luck!

I had this issue for a long time. It was diagnosed as reflux. Specialists couldn't figure it out and I was tired of all these tests and appointments so I changed my diet and my life and repaired my stomach. That was years ago. I was not pregnant. Go to the er, they will take you seriously. Some people use the er like a pcp so don't feel bad about it
