tickling feeling?

The past 3 or 4 nights when I'm laying on my back in bed I've been getting this strange feeling. It's like a tickling on the inside behind my belly button area [give or take a little] it only happens when I'm laying down at night. I'm 12 weeks exactly.  This is my 3rd pregnancy but the other 2 ended before 8 weeks. Is this the baby or something I should be concerned about

Remember everyone is different and it could still be early movement or quickening as it's generally called.  I started feeling weird feelings just like you describe at 9wks. OB said some women feel movement quite early. My ultrasound and 12wks showed a very active baby. I'm currently 21wks and have been feeling true "kicks" since 16wks.

Probably gas. Baby is too small to feel and when you do feel it its going to be way lower than belly button. Down around your pelvis. It won't be up to the navel for a long time.
