Im 36 weeks 6 days. The Dr checked my cervix and said she could feel the top of babies head. What exactly does this mean?

Means your baby is getting ready for birth. 36 wks is too early, your baby and body are just preparing. Baby is turned downwards but that doesn't mean he is ready to come out. You have to be dilated and effaced your doctor would have notified you of it was time. All the best... You are making good progress be patient!

I have a quick question I'm 39 weeks and 2 days and I'll no signals of labor Wat can I do

Nothing. I felt first signs of labor approximately 12 hours before my second baby came on her due date at exactly 40 weeks. She was my second both 4 years after my son whom I was induced at 40 weeks and ended up having a c-section because my body was not ready. With my second I knew better and had a wonderful doctor who was patient and allowed me to wait and when my body was ready I was able to have a successful vaginal delivery! So again wait, your body knows what to do.
