Is it bad if I lay down on my left side or right side ? I'm 29 weeks and 6 days .
My doctor says lay whatever way is comfortable besides flat on your tummy or flat on your back. I have to switch back and forth on my sides since it hurts all night even some on my back/side with pillow propped under me.
Either side is fine. Just not front or back.
