Defiantly in the same situation!!, 1.5 cm for two weeks now. Been walking, having sex, dancing, cleaning and barley just lost my mucus plus on Friday. Every time I have a contraction I hope it's the real deal too and nothing. Good luck girls.

I am in the same exact boat. I'm dilated at a 2. So every time I get contractions I hope it is the real deal but never is! I've been walking for WEEKS! drinking Raspberry Leaf Tea past few days, having sex. And still nothing! I reeeeaaallly don't want to go all the way or past my due date!

A friend of mine 1-2 drank cups of raspberry leaf tea per day and said her labour was better than she expected. Check with your doctor to find out if its ok for you to drink. Also, just walking up and down should help, nothing too strenuous. Good luck!
