I know this might sound nasty and please don't judge. I had my baby 3 weeks ago. My period just finished a couple days ago only last es 2 weeks or so. I have a sudden discomfort sometimes like a sudden itch I had noticed I had a discharge. It's very thick and sticky almost like gooey.  Sometimes it's stretchy.its not clear it's white.  It has no odor at all I have no swelling and no redness and it KS not foamy. I wouldn't say the itch is bad but it's a little uncomfertable.  Has anyone experienced this?

Yes, I was itchy and irritated. Happened the 3rd day I was discharge from the hospital when the bleeding lighten up that is when it stopped. Post partum bleeding lasted 3-5 days for me.

It definitely sounds like a yeast infection. Anyone can get them regardless of how cleanly you are. I myself have never had one but my older sister gets them all the time. I'd try some yeast Infection medicine and If that doesn't work, contact your gynecologist.

I had a similar sou di g discharge after i had my lo, byt no itching. I think its normal for some women (i think). I did end up having an infection due to having a cesarean but after the course of antibiotics i still had the discharge.  It will go away eventually (it did for me)

I had that, It was my hormones out of wack, it eventually went away. Contact your doctor if it becomes a problem for you.

Only way to know is to take a test during the time you should have your period. Discharge isn't a sign to go by. I never had any yellowish discharge though with my pregnancies. Only white or clear.

It can sometimes look like you mentioned. It may just be normal discharge like when you ovulate. If the itch gets worse and it doesn't go away it won't hurt to try the cream and then if you're still having problems let the doctor know.

It's not cottage cheese it's exactly how I mentioned it. I had Bacterial vaginosis and I took flagyl atibiotics.  So in assuming I shouldn't have that.  And wondering if it's something else

I'm a nurse as well. Anyone can get a yeast infection no matter how clean you are. Antibiotics can also cause them if you've been on them recently. It'll usually look like a cottage cheese discharge or clumpy white and the vagina will itch. Bacterial vaginosis is also common and is caused by a change in the vaginal pH. You can treat both of them with creams.

I was wondering the samething. I just recently got the yellow milky discharge & I was wondering if that is a yeast infection. My mom is a nurse she said it could be but I wipe front to back , don't wear tight panties , & don't douche. I wonder can this be a sign of pregnant.

Sounds like a yeast infection. Try monistat treatments.
