uk child benefits
Hi. If you worked for only 1 month in uk. Will u be able to claim child benefits? Am pregnant and i want to keep my baby but i am not financially ok. My partner left me and i ll have to bring up the child all by myself.

As far I know no matter if u have been working or not u can still claim for child benefit. Its the UK law every child/parent is entitled to child benefit. Hope that helps
