ultrasound and facial features

Ok guys i had a 3d ultrasound at 19 weeks n 5 days might as well say 20 weeks.. But are the features acurate? Like the eyes nose and lips? I can see them clear..do u think he will b born looking the same as ultrasound?

Round liagaments i did bout 3 weeks ago n ill b 40 weeks sunday hurts like hell

Did anyone at 27 weeks have pelvic pain to were it hurt to walk.  My doctor said that it is normal and it usual happens around the time the baby is ready for delivery

Everybody ive seen ultrasound around 18-21 weeks looks the same when born just with skin..like they features are the same just a lil bigger

I have high risk so I get them every 2 weeks and although she looks similar from 20 weeks her lips are much fuller now at 38 weeks. I think the us pics I got around 30 weeks were the most clear bc now she's kinda smooshed lol. Keep in mind everyone is different...but that was my experience.

I had 1 also with my first born he looks exactly the same at 20 weeks .. Just asking so far i see he has his dad nose and lips lol

It should be similar... Generally some techs don't like to do them that early only cause they want the baby to have some meat on their bones plus it definitely would be more accurate BC its so close to the baby being due... My daughter looked a lot like her 3d ultrasound...
