ultrasound fear
I'm 8 weeks and I am getting my ultrasound this Friday and I have this fear that I won't be able to see the baby or hear the babies heartbeat :/ .
I'm the same way I'm a nervous reck. after 2 mc im scared. i have mine on Saturday for the first time and I'm so scared. but my husband tries to calm me down. But I was the same way when I went to the doctor to check if i was pregnant. God Bless You I'm sure everything will be ok... We have to stay calm and possible.
With my first, after several mc, I don't think there was an appointment at which I didn't worry before and sigh with relief after hearing those little thumps...right up until delivery! With my second and with this one, I'm a little more relaxed, but there's still a few anxious moments. I think it's ok to worry a little, just try to not let it control your every thought.
I have my ultrasound today and was thinking the same thing. Its exciting to see the baby but at the same time ur scared to get any bad news. Just hope for the best and stay positive !
Its different depending on the place your at. Im in Chicago Illinois & had my first ultrasound at 10 weeks and I wasn't able to hear the heartbeat I was only able to see it beating on the screen.
I had my ultrasound last Wednesday and I was 6w 3d and seen everything baby heartbeat and everything looked perfect, I was exactly like u I was terrified incase I couldnt see the baby or heartbeat, but thankfully I did and everything was perfect, goodluck hun ull be fine :)
Thats exactly my fear cause it happened with my last pregnancy, but I try to think positive cause after all why worry about something u have no control ov, you cant change what happens you can only think about the positive and control your way of thinking. Im sure we will be fine.
Omg that's crazy , but I just hope I get over this fear soon and just think positive about this.
I had one at 5 weeks. I was able to see my little bean, hear & see heartbeat.
