*toughing it out (freakin auto correct!)
**since then but I opted to stay away from them. It really is all about touching it out unfortunately unless u are sick to the point of dehydration and starving. There's signs and information about that. Anyways, I'm 14 weeks, and I was sicky sick since maybe 6 or 7 weeks, I'm only just starting to feel better. Take your prenatal vitamins with food, I feel a lot better now that I'm eating healthier. I used to just listen to me cravings and eat crappy food but it was the only stuff I was comfortable eating.. now I eat an orange for breakfast, oatmeal on a good day, yogurt.. and enough food that u feel satisfied but dint over stuff. I felt better after a change in diet and a better routine with taking my vitamins in a nutshell. Stay strong deary! It will subside :) sometimes it takes time but it will get better
As for headaches I haven't had trouble with them yet but I'm adamant about drinking enough fluids. everyone's hormones are different tho.
I'm 6 weeks and ive been batteling headaches for about 4 days now also. I work and have 5 yr old twins. So I feel ya. Sometimes Tylenol helps most the time it doesn't. I havent been nauseous really yet. However I was deathly I'll with my twins. Get some anti nausea meds from your doctor. Feel better (:
I personally didn't take any medicine. I hear horror stories about medicines obviously we've come a long way sjbce
Go get a vitamin B6 for the nausea. It's pretty cheap at walmart or walgreens. That's what my doctor told me to get for the nausea and it really helps. U take it every morning when u wake and every night before bed
I was nauseous all the time too and my doctor prescribed me some medicine that really worked for me. I'm in the second trimester now and it went away all together thank goodness. I get the headaches often as well...tried the sipping soda for the caffeine, but soda has caused me to get urinary tract infections. So I take naps often for headaches.
Dr can help with nausea as for headaches mine has me sip a little bit of pepesi nothing over 12oz though the caffine helped with my headaches but ask ur dr every pregnancy is different in what they say to do
Okay, thank you. My first doctors appointment is October 9th so I guess I have a little suffering to do until I get the medicine.
I'm 6 weeks and feeling the exact same, I also have a 9 month old I have to tend to each day so resting isn't really a factor. Any other tips to help with nausea?
Get some medicine from the doctor for the sickness.. as for headaches... unfortunately there isn't anything to help that.. my doctor says Tylenol will help.. bit it never does..
