sry for tmi, ftm concerned

My husband and i havent really had sex since the end of the first trimester (im 28 weeks now)it was to uncomfortable and i just wasnt in the mood. But decided to today and yes it was still awkward but was feeling better about it. However when we had finished i saw that there was blood down there when i cleaned up. Quite a bit, just wanting to know if have somehow harmed the baby or if maybe its just cos its been so long maybe just tore a bit somewhere as i have been tighter since getting  pregnant?

This is normal but it doesn't mean that you shouldn't take it easy. If you feel uncomfortable during sex, try changing a position or slow down.
If you continue bleeding excessively, you need to go to ER-but this is rarely caused by sex.

At 28 weeks you want to make sure your cervix is still closed

Bleeding after sex is quite common don't worry there is no way that you could have hurt the baby if you are still bleeding within half hour to an hour call your doctor it's quite possible that its just because during pregnancy your cervix is very sensitive but even if it dose stop within an hour still mention it to your doctor at your next check up
