Thanks for yalls advice helped me calm down the diarrhea and vomiting went away just have a cramping feeling now :/
I had that and went to the hospital they said i didnt even need to go in call your ob before anything and STAY HYDRATED I kept thrown everything up and i stoppd drnking because of it and i got admited only to be on an iv and dehydration made the babys heart rate to fast i had to be monitored if i had stayd hydrated i could have avoided the whole sotuation its very common to get a smomach flu though unless it lasts more than 2-3 days you shuld be ok and pain could be from dehydration as well call your o.b for sure though
Or you could have a stomach virus or you could have eaten too much cheese, fat, etc. if it continues, call your dr.
