I never had nausea until a few days ago at the 39week mark. Just started vomiting out of nowhere. Saw my doc the same day and she said it could be early labor but I still haven't had much happen. Sorry I can't help much but I guess it just happens to some and not others.

I agree with traciv, I'm 38 will be 39 weeks tomorrow and last week I threw up, I ate a small meal but baby was so active it made me so nauseous. I don't have heartburn (thank God) but I think I'm just out of room. Hope you get some good rest again.

I am 39 weeks and have vomited Dailey since 32 weeks again. Sometimes it's because of my little man moving in a certain way. Other times it is because my heartburn has gotten terrible. Sometimes it just comes out of nowhere.

May just be your body preparing to labor, some woman do vomit shortly before or durring. I'm not sure though, maybe you had a crazy dream that made you nauseous? Lol those are my only guess

I did but I had morning sickness from 8w until I delivered. Like literally was still getting sick while in labor so I doubt that's what your going threw.
