vomiting in 2nd trimester

I'm 16 weeks today, and for the most part my appetite has returned somewhat, and the nausea and vomiting has stopped.  Last night though, I ended up throwing up for what was probably the first time in 2 weeks.  Is it normal to still throw up after the first trimester?  Besides sore breasts, my symptoms have mostly stopped, although I do get some cramps, but only when I'm laying down.  I just want to make sure everything is still ok, most of what I've read has said that nausea usually goes away by the second trimester.

Do not worry, its normal. I have known women who throw up throughout their pregnancy and had healthy babies.
