Also tells you which medela pumps are covered.
If you go to medela's website there's a link to where you can enter what insurance you have and what state you live in and it will give you a list of places that accept your insurance :)
I'm not sure but you can always call and ask. Babys r us has a link on their website that will put you in contact with companies in your area, who will verify with your insurance and send you one.
